Aura Garrido is an Spanish film and television actress. She has appeared on television as well as in films such Stockholm. Garrido began her career in Madrid, in 1989. Tomas Garrido composes music and manages orchestras. Pilar Sanchez is a painter. When she took her first piano class when she was four years old She began to study ballet. As a child the way she spoke English was heavily influenced by a closest friend who spoke English. She was enrolled at Madrid's Real Escuela Superior DE Arte Dramatico following her graduation in high school. In her third year she was studying interpretive and textual aspects of the program. In 2010, however she quit the program since she was cast in Planes para manana. The film won her an award of Silver Biznaga in the Best Supporting Actress category and also an honorary nomination for Goya Awards' best debut actress.
