Antonia Lofaso

Chef Antonia Lofaso's food is an opportunity to explore the complexities of her inner world. The food she serves evokes curiosity that grew out of stepping away from the outskirts of Long Island and into the multicultural landscape of Los Angeles. Cavatelli, carnitas, and different dishes are all available on a common menu. This is a constantly developing taste. The only thing that remains is her unique idea of the future and still wishing to reminisce about the old. Scopa Italian Roots, which Lofaso created in 2013 received a great reception because it was in the spirit of her Italian roots. Lofaso is praised for her interpretation of traditional Italian dishes. Many of the patrons have described Scopa as an essential neighborhood staple where Lofaso consistently offers food that is genuine and incredibly satisfying. Lofaso worked under famous chefs and learned the latest methods yet she never hesitated to go against her gut desires. She worked closely with many stars and rose quickly through the ranks within Wolfgang Puck's Spago. In 2011 Lofaso was partnered with Sal Aurora and Mario Guddemi to launch Black Market Liquor Bar in Studio City. Through Black Market and the business collaborations she formed, she found her new home. Her creative independence would be fostered through this collaboration. Black Market does not have one direction and that's what it is designed to do. It could begin with chips of dill potato and Shishito peppers, followed by lobster roll Korean wings, and then a series of meatballs. Antonia serves as the center of this extravagant array. Lofaso evaluates her achievements through her intuitive knowledge of her viewers, but remains true to her personality. Her famous performance on Top Chef Chicago and Top Chef: All Stars was a celebration of her distinct personality outside of the kitchen, and her skills continue to shine in front of the camera, as an expert panelist on CNBC's Restaurant Startup and recurring roles in Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child and ABC's Real O'neals. Lofaso has released her book, The Busy Mother's Cookbook 100 easy and Delicious Recipes, back in 2012 along alongside Penguin. It also told about her experiences during her time at an institution called the French Culinary Institute. She was raising her daughter Xea, as well. Lofaso believes that all of her successes stem from the passion she feels for cooking. It is in the same vein that Lofaso remains on the eye on trends. Through her Chefletics brand, she's altering the look of her field by designing the attire of chefs to be stylish and functional. Lofaso is committed to remaining true to your values and your vision. To accomplish this, she's launched Antonia Lofaso Catering. The new company will offer a custom experience to customers.
